Watermelon Radish and/or Carrot Sumac Seasoned Dressing

Watermelon Radish/Carrot Salad Topping with Sumac Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon Radish Shredded and/or 2-3 Carrots Shredded

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic minced

  • Spice Pack (1 ½ teaspoons sumac, dash of oregano)

  • ⅜ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Carefully Peel and then shred your watermelon radishes and/or carrots

  2. Mince 1-2 cloves of garlic

  3. In a medium bowl combine Olive Oil, Vinegar of your choice (I prefer Apple Cider or White Wine),Minced Garlic, Spice Pack, Salt and Pepper

  4. Toss in the Shredded Radish and Carrots and Thoroughly Coat

  5. Top your salad greens with the mixture

  6. ENJOY!
