Kale Chips with Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

1 Bunch Kale

1 TBS Olive Oil

1 TBS Sea Salt

1 cup Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream

Spice Pack (Salt, Parsley, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tarragon, Dried Jalapeno Pepper, Lemon Peel, Rosemary)

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 300 degrees

  2. Strip Kale Leaves from the stems

  3. In a medium bowl toss Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Kale Leaves together until well coated

  4. Prep a baking pan with oven-safe parchment paper or aluminum foil and spread leaves in single layer.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until edges of the leaves are beginning to brown.

  6. Remove from oven and set to cool

  7. Make the dip by just mixing the contents of the spice pack with a cup of plain yogurt or sour cream.

  8. Dip those kale chips in your delicious dressing (it tastes beautiful with every veggie so have some fun)

  9. ENJOY!
