Grilled Corn with Spicy Mayo

Grilled Corn and Spicy Mayo

Ingredients:

Fresh Sweet Corn

¼ cup mayo

Spice Pack (Smoked Paprika, Cayenne)

Pinch of Salt to taste

OPTIONAL: Splash of Lime Juice

Directions:

  1. Shuck the husks off your corn and rinse (don’t worry about them being perfect, the grill will burn off any stray silks)

  2. Prep your grill (charcoal or gas is fine) you’ll want to grill the ears on high heat to get the beautiful char on the kernels.

  3. Place the corn directly on the grill and rotate with tongs or a fork to get an even char on all sides of the corn (takes about 10 minutes total)

  4. Remove from the grill and set aside to rest for 2 minutes

  5. Add butter or this fun spicy mayo and enjoy!

Make the Mayo:

  1. In a small bowl mix mayo, spice pack and optional lime juice.

  2. Salt to taste

  3. ENJOY!
