Roasted Spiced Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients:

1 head cabbage, 2+ Tbsps vegetable oil of choice (avocado works great), Spice Pack (2 tsps turmeric), 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Line a baking sheet with foil Cut cabbage in half, then cut the halves in half, and then those halves in half for 8 total cabbage wedges Drizzle both sides of wedges with vegetable oil and rub into each wedge to get good coverage. Rub turmeric into the upturned surfaces of both sides of all the wedges. Place on baking sheet and cover tightly with foil by tucking the foil in over the edges of the baking sheet. Bake the wedges for 20 minutes and then remove the foil Bake for another 20 minutes or until the upturned tops of the cabbages are starting to brown and crisp. Remove from oven and enjoy!

Notes:

Sprinkle some nutritional yeast over the spices before baking if you have some hanging around, tastes good with this spice blend :)
