Roasted Radish

Ingredients

1 pound radishes

2 TBS Olive Oil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Spice Pack ( ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp cumin)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Prep radishes by chopping off the tops and roots and then cut them in half

  3. In a medium bowl toss radishes, olive oil, salt, pepper and spice pack together to fully coat them

  4. Place them in a single layer, cut side down, on a baking sheet

  5. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip

  6. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until lightly browned on the outside and fork tender on the inside

  7. Optional: Squeeze a little lime or lemon juice on top

  8. ENJOY!

Notes: You can prep radishes SO many ways to roast them to deliciousness, I love this spice profile, but you could also toss them in honey and fresh rosemary before roasting them, or just roast with salt and pepper and then drizzle with lemon juice or ranch dressing for a completely different taste!
