Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup Water, 1/4 cup Orange Juice, 1 and 1/4 cup Sugar, 1 Pound Whole Fresh Cranberries, Optional: Orange Zest to garnish

Directions:

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add Orange Juice and Sugar and cook until sugar dissolves (about 5 minutes). Stir whole, fresh cranberries into the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cranberries have popped and sauce is chunky (you can simmer until you like the consistency, the longer you cook, the less chunky it will be). Pour sauce into serving bowls or jars and cover with a cloth until ready to use. Stir sauce with a fork before serving and add a little orange zest to garnish. ENJOY!
