Oven Roasted Corn with Cajun Butter

Ingredients:

4-6 ears corn

2-3 TBS butter

Spice Pack ( ¾ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp ground pepper, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp cayenne, ⅛ tsp thyme)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Husk Corn

  3. Soften butter

  4. Place each ear of corn on it’s own square of aluminum foil

  5. Spread butter on the ears and sprinkle spices all over each ear

  6. Wrap up each ear of corn and place on a baking sheet

  7. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the ears over and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes

  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving

  9. ENJOY

Notes:

I found it was actually easier to coat each ear of corn with butter and spices if i mixed in my spices to my softened butter beforehand and then spread all over the ears before baking
