Life Changing Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

1 Pound Brussel Sprouts

2 TBS Olive Oil

Spice Pack (Fennel, Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Basil, Red Chili Flakes)

OPTIONAL: 1-2 TBS Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Trim the ends and cut your brussel sprouts in half (if they’re really big, you can quarter them)

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cut sprouts, olive oil and spice pack

  4. Prep a baking sheet with oven safe parchment paper, or well coated with cooking spray

  5. Pour sprouts into an even layer on your baking sheet

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, taking them out to stir them every 10 minutes or so until they’re nice and crispy and caramelized

  7. OPTIONAL (but highly recommended) pour back into a mixing bowl and drizzle 1-2 TBS of maple syrup over the top. Mix well

  8. ENJOY!

Notes: It is delicious without the added maple syrup, but MAN is it good with it! If you still have some laying about, I highly recommend! This dish is perfect served hot out of the oven, or cold the next day as salad!
