Honey Balsamic Roasted Red Cabbage

Ingredients

1 head red cabbage, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon honey, SpicePack(1tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp onion powder) 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, Optional Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Cut off end of cabbage and then cut lengthwise in half. Cut each half into 1/2 inch slices In a medium flat bottom bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, honey, spice pack, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes if you choose Dip each slice both sides into the marinade Place the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast forn 20-25 minutes until brown in spots and caramelized on the edges ENJOY!

Notes

I loved spicing this up with some red pepper flakes and served it with rice pilaf and chicken breast! Best dinner in a while! I hope you all like it too!
