Fresh Salsa

INGREDIENTS: 3 Cups chopped tomatoes, 1 onion diced, 1 chopped jalapeño, 1 chopped banana pepper, 1 chopped sweet pepper, minced fresh cilantro (to your taste), 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, OPTIONAL: Lime Juice, 1-2 tablespoons

DIRECTIONS: In large bowl mix tomatoes, onions, peppers, spice pack, salt and pepper together Top with minced cilantro Optional: Sprinkle lime juice over mixture ENJOY!

Notes: If you want a milder salsa, just leave out the jalapeño peppers. The banana peppers are sometimes a teeeny bit spicy but much milder than the jalapeños. You can also add raw sweet corn to this salsa to cut the heat. I just cut the kernels from the cob and mix them in with the tomatoes and pepppers. SO good!
